"Tray of Dreams" is a full-spread food illustration created for D Magazine’s April 2025 issue, celebrating the best BBQ dishes across Dallas and Fort Worth. The artwork features a curated selection of local favorites, from pastrami beef ribs and Texas Twinkies to brisket egg rolls, collard greens, banana pudding, and more—each item sourced from a different standout spot in the metroplex. Every element was hand-illustrated to reflect the textures, colors, and variety of the ultimate dream BBQ tray.
