The Society
For D Magazine’s August cover story “The Society”, I illustrated a world of curated chaos—stylized pop-art portraits of confident women with bold eyes, thick black outlines, and vibrant, high-contrast colors. Patterns clash on purpose—leopard, cheetah, dots—because in The Society, aesthetics always wins over accuracy. I layered in their secret-society symbols: cat ears, bold lips, emoji hearts, and hints of their signature “shh” gesture, creating a visual language that’s part influencer fantasy, part inside joke.
