Family Portrait
A client reached out to me wanting a portrait of herself with her beautiful family. She sent over separate photos, and I had to compose the entire layout from scratch. Nothing was pre arranged. I carefully positioned everyone so the composition would feel natural, close, and emotionally connected. The flowing gold fabric was something I designed to wrap around all of them, almost like a visual thread holding the family together.
The style is very refined and detail driven. I focused on delicate line work, soft shading, and subtle cross hatching to keep it realistic but still illustrative. The color palette is warm and minimal, mostly sepia tones with touches of gold that give it a timeless and elegant feel. I wanted it to feel intimate, like a keepsake you pass down, not just a portrait but something that carries warmth and presence.
